updates on camp!

Hi all,

we've grouped everyone into different groups already, but hmm, we shall reveal the groupings only on day1, morning. 6 groups of about 7 members each.

Lunch will be catered on day1! so please bring $2.50 each.
For day1's dinner, we will be going to j8 to da-bao back to sch to eat, so that we can join the crossers(:

aaand j2s may be pleased to hear this: our study rooms may be open at night till...almost midnight?? so that we may secure our AAAA. but for sleeping quarters, lights out much earlier.

and in addition to the last post on our packing list:

7) Your own medication! especially those who have drug allergies n stuff, and can only take specially brwed ginseng from the amazon. this is very important! we do not have a drug supply in school.

ok, that's all, c u at camp!

CAMP! 4th-6th June

Hey all! please HAND IN YOUR CONSENT FORMS ASAP
we're having a pretty difficult time trying to estimate the camp turnout! without the numbers, we can't divide people into groups..which is really -.-, seeing that the camp is just round the corner. it also prevents us from knowing how many to cater for at certain meals! yes, most meals will be eaten out, but there are some meals (like day 1's lunch with Mr Kunalan) that we Must cater for.

So please, at the very least, tell any exco member to relay your attendance to weiren, or tell her directly!

meanwhile, this is a rough packing list that we have worked out:

1) Clothes! duh. ensure that you bring sufficient stuff to wear for all trainings, sleepovers and extras in case we...decide to do something else. heh.

2) Toiletries! oh man please don't forget your toothbrush. other stuff could be shared e.g. toothpaste, but try to make arrangements only within your groups (which incidentally is currently non-existent).

3) Sleeping bag! or some mat if you don't have one. but keep in mind, there will be air-conditioning. No sleeping on the naked floor even though we'll be cleaning the classrooms. aha! which reminds me....

4) 1 rag. which can be thrown away after the camp (after cleaning up) (we shall leave the classrooms in a cleaner state than when we first arrive on day 1)

5) Studying stuff! this is compulsory, by the way. pen, pencil, ruler, eraser, highlighter, foolscap, notes, tutorials, revision papers, files, voltmeter, thermometer, thermostatically controlled water bath, electron microscope, centrifuge, etc.

6) $$. bring enough for lunches out. $50 should be enough to cover all meals.

k, that's all for now. remember to confirm your attendance!!!!!!!!!!!
